Today, Capitol Records released Rise Remixes, which features three striking new versions of global icon Katy Perry’s anthemic new hit single, “Rise.” Now available everywhere, the collection includes remixes by French musician/producer/composer Monsieur Adi, who has created official remixes for such artists as Beyoncé, Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey and Bastille, Purity Ring, a Canadian duo that has released two albums and remixed Lady Gaga’s “Applause” and Health’s “Life,” and up-and-coming U.K. artist/producer TĀLĀ. It was the No. 1 worldwide trending topic on Twitter upon release and has held strong. Directed by Paul Gore (John Legend, Massive Attack, Amy Winehouse), it finds Katy on a solitary journey, traversing the stunning red sandstone formations of Utah’s Snow Canyon and Sand Hollow State Parks.
